Overview of Bright Beginnings
Bright Beginnings provides services that promote the health and development of infants and toddlers so that children start school healthy and ready to learn.  Services are designed with the family's priorities and goals in mind and occur in the home or other community settings.  Bright Beginnings supports families thorugh the Parents as Teachers program, Early Intervention services, and connections to community resources.

 

Bright Beginnings offers...

Early Intervention
For infants and toddlers from birth to age three with a medical diagnosis, developmental delay, or concern for development.

 

Parents as Teachers
An international, evidence-based, home visiting program that support parents as their child's earliest and best teacher and helps children grown, learn, and reach their full potential.  Families with a child under age three in Cuyahoga County are eligible.
